Our services cover the electromechanical components of electronics, including circuit board assembly, wire and cable series manufacturing, and a versatile end product assembly.
Traditional through-load components are stacked on our wave soldering line, and four different line variations are available for stacking surface mount components. Variations in different equipment technologies allow for versatile component assemblies, as well as fast and low-risk assembly, where changes can be made “from flight” directly to the production batch.
Our cable and electronics production includes a wide range of customer-specific connection cables and wires, as well as multi-structured cable and wire sets. We manufacture cables and wiring harnesses from all commonly used raw cable materials and connectors.
In addition to assembly service and component manufacturing, we also offer electromechanical assembly, where we can combine our diverse electronics, cable, and assembly expertise. Products can be either different types of small devices or larger system entities.
We make enclosures for plastic and sheet metal mechanics. Different types of protection are also possible, such as automatic or manual resins and protective varnishes.
The electromechanical assembly is tailored to customer requirements by combining different manufacturing processes. All of these from a simple product to a complex are based on the same manufacturing and quality management processes and meet the standard and customer-oriented requirements defined for them. Our technical support ensures even individual processes.

Long-term relationships with domestic and foreign component suppliers guarantee cost-effective and secure sourcing. The procurement unit centralized at the Nummela office ensures that the components meet the customer´s requirements.
Production testing is based on 100% inspection and testing, where testing functions cover substructures and final assemblies. The test plan shall include all electrical and mechanical test requirements specified by the IPC / WHMA-A-620 and IPC-A-610, and shall specify the criteria for visual inspection.
Dicro Oy also specializes in high voltage products, where the test requirements of EVS-EN 60335, IEEE 4.1995, EN 61439-1, -2 and IEC 61180 standards are applied. This type of testing is based on customer-driven testing processes, parameters, and quality manufacturing certifications, but our knowledgeable team brings an analytical and cost-effective alternative perspective to it.
All information obtained from testing and inspections is automatically stored and used in production analytics. Thus, we get a strong foundation to develop process and quality capabilities, and the principle of continuous improvement is met.
